Bachelor of Design with Honours
Our Home Gallery tells us a story of an unique collection. It super-imposes many contemporary art works, scales, materials and voices onto a curated space of a published and online book. It starts from my grandparents’ first contact with contemporary art during the 1970’s and concludes with the collection’s delivery into the world. The Gellert Family Collection is unlike a collection destined for the white walls of a traditional display. Never before viewed as a whole, you are now able to explore the different pieces as individuals, each with their own unique story.
