Neurodiversity is something that is underappreciated in this working world. Neurodiverse thinking can result in crazy ideas to change work procedures for a more productive and engaged workforce. Unfortunately, the current interview process makes the neurodiverse seem like unideal candidates to employers. The animation educates about neurodiverse thinking and how the current interview process creates barriers to showing a candidate’s skills. Partnering Springload as a case study, the booklet shows how a new interview process can be facilitated in workplaces.
