Play through a game is an effective way to educate children on waterway conservation while creating a connection to New Zealand’s endemic environment. ‘Stepping Stones’ aims to spark children’s imagination and inform engagement on the topic of freshwater ecosystems. The game is an addition to action based activities around freshwater conservation.
