Lizard Resistance are a Wellington band combining a psychedelic fusion of grunge, and funk. Their lineup consists of songwriter Francie Haggerty-Drummond (lead vocals, ukulele), Jono Weston (keys, backing vocals), Jared Lee (lead guitar, backing vocals), Joe Morris-Lee (bass) and Jordan Rex-Keen (drums). Their debut EP ‘Shiny Objects’ set to be released January 2021, explores the issue of a consumer-driven society and the impact of technological obsolescence on our global climate.
