‘Elderflower’ is the debut EP from Emma Rose. With flavours of experimental indie-rock and pop, it’s a juxtaposition of upbeat music matched with challenging subject matter to create intrigue. Her single ‘Happy’ is the epitome of this, taking topics such as emotional abuse and loss of identity, and turning them into indie bangers. She hopes this will both encourage and make her audience feel comfortable enough to discuss these subjects.
